Elle a travaill\u00e9 comme cheffe de projet pour divers programmes europ\u00e9ens et suisses de recherche et d\u00e9veloppement, o\u00f9 elle \u00e9tait notamment responsable du d\u00e9veloppement, de la collaboration et de la diffusion de nouveaux domaines de R&amp;D \u00e0 travers des \u00e9v\u00e9nements interdisciplinaires et de la promotion de nouveaux partenariats.<br>Alessa travaille pour l\u2019ESM depuis 2013 et en est la directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale depuis avril 2017. Elle poss\u00e8de une solide formation commerciale ainsi qu\u2019un dipl\u00f4me d\u2019assistante europ\u00e9enne et de correspondante en langues \u00e9trang\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Julia parle couramment l\u2019allemand, l\u2019anglais, le fran\u00e7ais et l\u2019italien. En parall\u00e8le, elle travaille \u00e0 temps partiel pour la Fondation\u00a0<em>Entwicklungsfonds Seltene Metalle<\/em>\u00a0en tant que collaboratrice communication. Elle est responsable de la gestion technique, conceptuelle et \u00e9ditoriale du site internet et des profils de m\u00e9dias sociaux du projet IRTC. Son expertise en analyse du cycle de vie (ACV) et en gestion des ressources naturelles couvre la recherche fondamentale, la recherche appliqu\u00e9e inter- et transdisciplinaire, ainsi que le conseil aux entreprises et aux d\u00e9cideurs politiques.
