Publications
Nous soutenons la recherche industrielle sur les matières premières.
Depuis sa création, il y a plus de 70 ans, la Fondation ESM a accordé plus de 2 millions de francs suisse pour des projets dans des domaines où les métaux rares jouent un rôle technique déterminant (par exemple en physique, en science des matériaux, en ingénierie), ainsi que dans des domaines connexes.
La plupart de ces bourses ont été attribuées à des bénéficiaires au sein de l’ETH Zurich.
D’autres financements ont été accordés à des bénéficiaires d’autres universités suisses, ainsi qu’à de jeunes chercheurs, afin de soutenir leurs expériences professionnelles dans d’autres laboratoires en Europe, en Asie ou aux États-Unis.
Ces dernières années, la directrice générale et les membres du conseil de fondation de la Fondation ESM ont participé, en tant que co-auteurs, à diverses publications réalisées avec plusieurs partenaires sur les matières premières critiques et leur importance pour l’Europe et le monde.
Notre soutien inclut :
- la création de connaissances par le financement d’études et de rapports,
- l’encouragement de thèses (doctorats et projets de recherche),
- la transmission de savoirs au travers des bourses ESM,
- la coopération scientifique par le biais de projets européens et internationaux de partenariat public-privé,
- et la diffusion des connaissances grâce à des séminaires et conférences.
